Mark Burch Motorsports Lines Up a Midwest Tripleheader This Weekend

5/22/2013

Inside Line Promotions - LINCOLN, Neb. (May 21, 2013) - Danny Lasoski is ready for the next task with Mark Burch Motorsports, which begins with a trio of scheduled races this week.

The team is slated to begin three consecutive days of racing on Wednesday with the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour at Valley Speedway in Grain Valley, Mo., which is the closest track to Lasoski's shop in Dover.

"We don't call it home-field advantage by any means, but it's nice to run in front of the home fans," he said. "We don't get a chance to do it very often."

The Mark Burch Motorsports team will then head to I-80 Speedway in Greenwood, Neb., for a Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour showdown on Thursday.

Last year, Lasoski recorded a win and three top fives in five races at I-80 Speedway with Mark Burch Motorsports.

"I really like that track," Lasoski said. "It reminds me a lot of Eldora. It's fast and it's wide and you can do about anything you want there."

Weather permitting, the team will wrap up the weekend on Friday with the ASCS Midwest Region at Junction Motor Speedway in McCool Junction, Neb., where Lasoski won his heat race and finished third in the feature during Mark Burch Motorsports' only appearance last season.

SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT - Wolfweld Chassis

Located in Tea, S.D., Wolfweld is a chassis and custom welding company owned by famous sprint car driver Doug Wolfgang. Mark Burch Motorsports has been running Wolfweld cars fabricated by Wolfgang since 1995.

"Doug Wolfgang has been fabricating winning race cars for our team since 1995," Burch said. "Not only has he been my chassis builder, but he has been my mentor, friend and even my critic. Doug is one of the most dedicated people you will ever meet. His cars are works of art and his welds are the best I have ever seen. He has what some would call 'True Grit.' Doug is the person who taught me how to truly prepare to win races. For that I will be forever grateful. We proudly carry the Wolfweld banner on our nose wing and look forward to the next victory with our Wolfweld chassis."
